Hannah Fitch Bernard, MA

Hannah has been running the halls of SSU since she was five years old! She completed a B.A. in Literature and History, Honours First Class, in 2000 at SSU, and then returned to earn a M.A.I.S. in Literature, Psychology and History in 2005. For the past twelve years, Hannah has been an adjunct faculty member in the Department of English. She has had the privilege of creating very interesting upper-level elective courses from Global Short Fiction to Humour in Literature, and has a co-created course looking at poststructuralism through the lens of English Literature, Philosophy and Psychology. Currently, Hannah is beginning a new role at SSU as the Director of Program Development and Innovation.
